“We built CholesTrack because tracking numbers isn't the goal — living well is. Our mission is to help you not just watch your cholesterol, but lower it, so you can spend more healthy years with the people you love.”

Made for cholesterol, not calories.

Most apps count everything and explain nothing. CholesTrack tracks the numbers that move your cholesterol and shows you where you stand — today, and between lab visits.

Know where you stand today.

  • Targets set for your situation, not a one-size-fits-all budget
  • Rings for cholesterol, saturated fat, soluble fiber, and sodium
  • Near a limit still counts as on track — it warns, it doesn’t scold

One score, built for heart health.

  • A Health Score instead of a calorie count
  • CholesTrack Verified foods from first-party brand and restaurant data
  • Scan the barcode — the fastest way to log

See progress between lab visits.

  • Lipid Journey puts your panels, milestones, and diet on one timeline
  • “Since your last panel” on your dashboard every day
  • Lab results stay on your phone, never on a server

How it works

  1. 1

    Set your targets

A guided onboarding sets nutrient targets for your situation — general prevention, high cholesterol, after a cardiac event, and more — and they stay editable.

  2. 2

    Log fast

Scan a barcode — the fastest way to log — or photograph a label, browse the catalog, or reuse a saved combo.

  3. 3

    See it working

Trends chart every nutrient against your own target, and the Health Score rolls today into one number you can act on.

Getting Close

3 of 6 targets on track today

One number that coaches, not scolds

The Health Score rolls your whole day into a single 0–100 number. Rings and bars turn amber as you approach a limit and orange only once you cross it — near a limit still counts as on track; only crossing it doesn’t. It warns without scolding.

  • 85 and up — on track
  • 65–84 — “Getting Close”
  • Below 65 — the ring turns red: a clear signal, not a scolding

Log in seconds

  • Daily Summary at a glance, meals grouped by Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snack
  • “Scan Barcode — Fastest Way to Log Food” — backed by the CholesTrack Verified catalog of first-party brand and restaurant data
  • Photograph a product’s label to add unknown foods
  • Saved combos, recently-used foods, and drag-and-drop between meals
  • Optional meal reminders

Your labs, your milestones, and what you ate in between — on one timeline.

Lab panels are the anchors. Between them: your milestones, days tracked, average diet, and average daily steps from Apple Health. See how your numbers and your habits moved together.

And you don’t wait for the next appointment to check in — the dashboard carries a “Since your last panel” card every day, with your latest values, the days elapsed, and how this stretch compares to the last one.

Since your last panel

38 days
  • LDL 91
  • HDL 54
  • Trig 118
  • Total 168
  • Saturated fat↓ 12% vs previous stretch
  • Soluble fiber↑ 18% vs previous stretch
  • Cholesterol↓ 9% vs previous stretch

Next panel due in about 4 weeks
